Women Dies in ICE Custody

Las Cruces, NM – Last week, a pregrant woman died while in the custody of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. Rosa Contreras Dominguez was being held at he ICE processing center in El Paso awaiting deportation due to a drug trafficking conviction. As KRWG's Whitney Jones reports, Dominguez was said to have a history of blood clots.
