Las Cruces, NM – As a land-grant university on the US-Mexico border, New Mexico State students and faculty spend a lot of time studying immigration. This spring, they'll take that discussion out of the present tense and put it into the past, through the tool of a speaker series titled Arriving in America: The Challenge of Immigrants and Minorities in Modern American History. NMSU History professor Andrea Orzoff joins us in the studio to talk about the series.
