Las Cruces, NM – New Mexico's 2nd District Congressman Harry Teague will be in Las Cruces Wednesday to announce a new bill he is introducing which would make mental health screening mandatory for military personnel. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the legislation is an effort to address the growing problem of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD.
