Vanessa Bryce and Sue Kintosh from the Steering Committee for the Dona Ana Free Spay and Neuter Program. The two are talking about efforts to get the City and the County on board to fund a free spay and neuter program. They say the

city/county could save 4 milllion dollars in a few years by spaying and neutering pets now. The Animal Shelter puts down over 30 dogs/cats a day. Costing $750,000 a year. They are trying to get this program activated by next spring.
