Las Cruces, NM – New Mexico's 16-thousand women veterans have a chance to meet once a year during a conference aimed at keeping them up to date on state and federal benefits. The women range in age and background, participating in military conflicts from World War Two to the current wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, this year the women met for the first time in southern New Mexico.
