Woman Wanted For Questioning In Burglaries

Following last week’s arrest of a Las Cruces woman and her two sons, Doña Ana County Sheriff’s investigators are following additional leads and are hoping to speak with another woman.

Investigators are looking for Marissa Garcia, 18, whose last known address was on Garcia Road in Las Cruces. Garcia is wanted for questioning in connection with a rash of burglaries that have been linked to 50-year-old Faith Elizabeth Clark, her son Richard Clark, 30, and his younger brother, Justin Eric Clark, 21.

Clark and her sons were arrested last week. All three were charged in connection with seven burglaries that happened over the course of several months in the Doña Ana area and several residences on the East Mesa.

Search warrants executed in each case turned up dozens of stolen firearms, compound bows and electronic devices.

Investigators have not ruled out the possibility Clark and her children are responsible for other burglaries that have been reported in the same areas.

Garcia is described as five feet, five inches tall and weighs approximately 115 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes and has tattoos on her right forearm.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the Doña Ana County Sheriff’s Office at (575) 525-8884
