Las Cruces, NM – On election day voters in New Mexico will consider five amendments to the State Constitution. Among the proposed changes voters will decide if the Governor should be allowed to appoint a Lieutenant Governor in the case of a vacancy. KRWG's Sarina Turnbull has this report.
