State Environmental Improvement Board Classifies Greenhouse Gas Emissions as Pollutants

Las Cruces, NM – A decision reached Monday by the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board concluded that greenhouse gas emissions qualify as pollutants under state law and are subject to regulation.
