Senator Proposes Legal Immunity when Fighting Back an Attacker

Las Cruces, NM – State Senator Steven Neville of District Two is pushing legislation he says will protect New Mexicans who use force to stop an attacker. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, the republican senator says current law does not protect victims of violent crimes from potential lawsuits.
