Russian Librarians Visit Las Cruces

Las Cruces – Five Russian librarians visited Las Cruces last week as part of a grant from the Library of Congress. As KRWG's Lily Olivas resports, the librarians are delegates of the Open World program, a Congressional program allowing current and future Russian decision-makers to visit their American counterparts.
