LAS CRUCES, N.M. – The Dona Ana County Sheriff's Office reports at least two residential burglaries at apartments over the weekend in an unincorporated area of the county.
The apartments appeared to have been ransacked and numerous items taken including clothes, televisions, surround sound systems, DVD players and more than 50 DVD movies. One of victims also reported the cremated ashes of his sister were taken.
The Las Cruces Sun-News reports Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest of a suspect or suspects.
