Las Cruces, NM – Southern New Mexico's Public Regulation Commissioner Sandy Jones met with constituents in Las Cruces angered with a hike in electricity rates. As KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports, many residents saw a thirty percent increase in their latest electric bill.
