Las Cruces, NM – In New Mexico over 120,000 adults and children suffer from serious mental illnesses; including schizophrenia and manic depression. This legislative session two New Mexico state Senators proposed four bills that would add millions of dollars towards mental health programs and services in southern New Mexico. KRWG's Marco Grajeda has this report, as the second of a five part series on Mental Health.
