Las Cruces – The United States House of Representatives passed the Omnibus Public Land Management Act today by a vote of 285 to 140. The bill which cleared the Senate last week, will designate over 2 million acres of public land as wilderness. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the package of bills contains some special provisions for New Mexico.
