Leonard Telles, 27 years old, and Rebecca M. Gomez, 28, were arraigned today in District Court in front of the Honorable Judge Kugler.
Both entered Not Guilty pleas to charges ranging from murder, conspiracy, evidence tampering, attempted evidence tampering and First-Degree Kidnapping all in connection to the death of Jerome Saiz on November 20, 2013.
Las Cruces police found Saiz bludgeoned and rolled inside a carpet in his Las Cruces home.
Judge Kugler ordered No Bond on both Gomez and Telles and informed each prospective party that they would need to request a hearing date for arguments to be heard in regards to lowering the bond.
A hearing date is pending.
