New Mexico Settles Lawsuit with ACLU and will Provide Benefits to Domestic Partners of State Retirees

Las Cruces, NM – Tuesday, the state of New Mexico announced that it will start providing retirement health care benefits to the domestic partners of state employees regardless of their sexual preference. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the change comes as a result of a lawsuit filed against the state by the American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico.
