Napolitano Announces Border Czar in El Paso

Las Cruces, NM – Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano discussed plans to quell cartel violence along the US/ Mexico border during a visit to El Paso, Texas Wednesday. During her stop the cabinet secretary appointed a former Justice Department official to a new "Border Czar" post overseeing the drug violence crackdown. KRWG's Marco Grajeda reports.
