Man Charged In Fire Surrenders

Chaparral – ABRAHAM RODRIGUEZ, age 40, charged in the fire that resulted in the death of three people at 2560 Capital, Chaparral, surrendered to U.S. Marshals Thursday.
Sheriff's Investigators working in conjunction with the Dona Ana County Fire Marshals Office, charged RODRIGUEZ with three counts of Involuntary Manslaughter and three counts of Negligent Arson.
RODRIGUEZ is currently being detained at the Dona Ana County Detention Center.
