Las Cruces, NM – When early voting began Oct. 14th, voting capability for disabled people was not available... for 6 days. This problem affected 33 counties in New Mexico. As KRWG's Stephanie Herrera reports, a critical piece of the newly required voting system hadn't come in until late last week.
