Las Cruces – District 4 Dona Ana County Commissioner Scott A. Krahling and District 5 Las Cruces City Councilor Gill Sorg are teaming up to facilitate four community meetings focused on public safety and reducing neighborhood crime.
Deputy Michelle Ugalde of the Dona Ana County Sheriff's Department and Jose Rodriguez of the Las Cruces Police Department will be on hand at each of the meetings to offer specific recommendations to those in attendance.
The meeting schedule is as follows:
Monday, April 25, from 6:30-8 p.m. in the Sunrise Elementary School Library, 5300 Holman Road.
Monday, May 2, from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Porter Road Recreation Center, 5589 Porter Road.
Monday, May 9, from 6:30-8 p.m. in the gymnasium of Mesilla Valley Hospital, 3751 Del Rey Blvd.
Monday, May 23, 6:30-8 p.m. in at the Moongate Fire Station, 6900 Moongate Road.
