Las Cruces, NM –
According to the Department of Health and Human Services, in 2009 there were around four hundred twenty-three thousand children in foster care. A new local nonprofit in Las Cruces is working to help children in Dona Ana County adjust into the system. Assistant Director of the Saving An Angel Foundation Kelli Embury is with us today.
