Las Cruces – New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson delivered a foreign policy speech Wednesday at New Mexico State University. The Governor addressed members of NMSU's newly formed International Relations Institute and stressed the importance of open dialogue between nations. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, prior to the Governor's arrival a group of NMSU students and faculty tried to get his attention by holding a protest regarding the controversial dismissal of two minority junior professors.
