Las Cruces, NM – The recent heavy rains in Dona Ana County caused damage to equipment at the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority, or MVRDA. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, this means there will temporarily be longer waits before 911 or non-emergency calls can be answered.
