Energy Conservation Act 2008 Passed in House

Las Cruces, NM – Legislation approved in the United States House of Representatives Wednesday would remove a tax exemption on oil and gas companies---costing the industry nearly eighteen billion dollars in taxes. As KRWG's Callie French reports if the bill passes, those monies would now be invested in renewable energy.
