Edwards describes a better America to southern New Mexicans

Las Cruces, NM – Southern New Mexico was a hotbed of political activity today (August 26). While President Bush was wrapping up his speech at the Pan-American Center, democratic fervor was building in the plaza in Old Mesilla. As Katie Goetz reports, vice-presidential candidate John Edwards told the crowd of supporters that America can do better.
