District One City Council Race has the Most Challengers

Las Cruces, NM – Las Cruces will hold its municipal elections Tuesday November 6th. In this year's elections, city council district one, two and four are all up grabs. District one Incumbent Jose Frietze is being challenged by Miguel Silva, Ron Gurley and Conrado Guerra. As KRWG's Jessica Borchert reports downtown revitalization, utility rates and the growth of the city are some of the main issues in the district one race.
