Las Cruces, NM – The Dona Ana County Commission unanimously passed a resolution this afternoon which authorizes the use of nine acres of County land to house displaced Hatch families. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will work with the County to set up the community.
