Las Cruces, NM – The Dona Ana County Bureau of Elections announced today that 3, 844 absentee ballots remained outstanding in the county as of this morning. Many county voters have been complaining of significant delays in receiving their absentee ballots while some never received them at all. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, experts say the number of outstanding absentee ballots will go down as the day wears on but some registered voters will not be able to vote in this historic election.
