The Carolina Chocolate Drops Sweeten Las Cruces

Las Cruces, NM – The Carolina Chocolate Drops are a young African-American string band performing at the Rio Grande Theater in Las Cruces this week. The band is visiting the region as part Cultural Series organized by the Associated Students of New Mexico State University. KRWG's Melissa Aguilera reports on the musicians, who describe their sound as old-time music.
