Austrian Poet Celebrated in Las Cruces and Alamogordo

Las Cruces, NM – Writer and translator Peter Filkins is in Alamogordo today for public readings of Austrian poet Ingeborg Bachmann. This is part of the worldwide celebration of what would have been Bachmann's 80th Birthday. As KRWG's Jodi Breisler reports, one of Europe's greatest post-War poets explored the meaning of boreders in ways relevant to our community.
