Attorney General Issues Opinion on Solo Investment Lease

Las Cruces, NM – Last year, the City of Las Cruces approved the Vistas at Presidio annexation despite heavy opposition. Now, the development agreement signed by the State Land Office and Solo Investments, owned by local developer Phillip Phillipou, is at the center of controversy. As KRWG's Callie French reports, the State Attorney General recently stated that certain portions of the agreement are not authorized by state law.
