AES May be Violating Contract with Secretary of State

Albuquerque, NM – The company that Secretary of State Mary Herrera's office uses for election support may be violating its contract with the state by subcontracting work to another company. That's the word from a lawyer looking into the matter. It's an issue that could be headed to the attorney general's office. KUNM's Jim Williams reports.
