ACLU of New Mexico Sues Private Prison Company and Guards

Las Cruces, NM – The American Civil Liberties Union of New Mexico filed a lawsuit against Geo Group Incorporated yesterday claiming that several inmates at a private prison the company runs were subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. As KRWG's Evan Woodward reports, the federal lawsuit also names several employees of the prison as defendants.
