Las Cruces, NM – This morning, the Dona Ana County Legal Department held a public hearing in Las Cruces to discuss the creation of a Tax Development District with Sierra County. Las Cruces, NM – This week, New Mexico Voices for Children, a non-partisan advocacy group, announced an analysis of the State Legislative Finance Committee's 2008 Post Session Review.
